At just a few calories, a good old cup of joe packs quite a punch! And the evidence of its benefits stacks up pretty quickly.

Since August is National Coffee Month we started wondering what other benefits might be found in a cup of coffee. We consulted Dr. Nitza Alvarez at the Tri-County Heart Institute to learn more.
