Ear Nose and Throat

Classroom Colds

We sat down with the specialists at LAKE ENT to talk about ways to help prevent your children from contracting illness and how to treat their symptoms.

Lake ENT’s Warnings About Tanning

With prom season, weddings and summer right around the corner, the quest for a Florida tan begins.  But beware.

May is National Melanoma and Skin Cancer Awareness month.  And The Skin Cancer Foundation points out that skin cancer continues to be the most common form of cancer in the U.S. and should be of great concern regardless of age or sex.

Dr. Dino Madonna of Lake Ear Nose and Throat – who specializes in skin cancer, particularly on the face – tells us more.

Still not convinced?  We’ve included additional information from the Skin Cancer Foundation and the American Cancer Society about the dangers of UV exposure.  Visit us online at YourHometownHealth.com and click the Lake ENT icon – perhaps you’ll share this story with someone you care about who thinks that healthy tan is actually healthy.
